1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeepDocs.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DeepDocs.io provides an AI-powered document analysis and question-answering platform that allows users to upload documents and interact with them through natural language queries. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process and analyze documents.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload your User Content.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are generated based on the uploaded documents and may not be completely accurate
- You should verify important information independently
- The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
7. Subscription and Payment
7.1 Fees
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your chosen plan.
7.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
7.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by DeepDocs.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPDOCS.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of any content
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeepDocs.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeepDocs.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
